How We Clean at Epic Air
Coronavirus Response (3/13/2020):
- We are carefully monitoring the situation as it evolves and following the guidance from local authorities.
- Since opening in 2011 Epic Air has taken the care and cleanliness of our facility very seriously. We adhere to strict safety and sanitation standards, including scheduling 65+ hours of labor devoted to cleaning each week. Over the
last few weeks we have increased these efforts including:- Minimizing guest touch points between staff and guests
- Our staff has been trained to clean and disinfect our park daily and as needed throughout the day.
- We have assigned a staff member to routinely disinfecting all surface areas on our trampoline equipment and event spaces, including the party rooms throughout the facility.
- We are cleaning and disinfecting high traffic shared surfaces on a regular basis throughout the day including entryways, doors, benches, guardrails and counters.
- Guests will find hand sanitizer stations located in our waiting area, party area, and near dodgeball. We encourage guests to wash their hands and continue routine personal hygiene practices.
- Employees have been educated on our park’s cleaning procedures and expectations. Please ask to speak to a manager with any questions.
