Relaunching Fun in a Clean & Hygienic Way
Safety has always been our top priority at Epic Air. Since opening in 2011, Epic Air has maintained a rigorous cleaning schedule. As we re-launch fun, you’ll see an increased frequency and greater transparency of these efforts. Please read below to see what we’re doing and what you can do as a guest to make your next visit EPIC!
What WE Are Doing:
Daily Disinfection – Epic Air uses EPA-approved products to meet high hygiene standards at the trampoline park.
Increased Daytime Cleaning – We’re big fans of checklists! Epic Air utilizes a software application to help keep our staff on track and in sync with the Epic Air clean policy South Elgin.
Hand Sanitizer – We have added additional hand sanitizer stations; you’ll now find one at every court in addition to other marked locations around the park.
All Team Members Are – Participating in COVID-19 safety training as part of our ongoing Epic Air Commitment to Clean.
What YOU Can Do:
Do NOT enter if you are sick
Supervise Your Child – especially if they are too young to understand personal space. Thanks for your help!
Practice Good Hygiene – Hand washing and hand sanitizer will never go out of style! Your support helps us maintain the highest hygiene standards trampoline park visitors expect.
Respect Team Members – The Epic Crew is made up of hardworking staff who are dedicated to making your experience as EPIC as possible.
Contactless Check-In – Guests may purchase both their tickets and fill out waivers online. While not required, this is encouraged!

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures—for you, our other guests, and staff. You must follow all posted instructions while visiting Epic Air Trampoline Park. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the CDC, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting Epic Air, you are voluntarily assuming all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
